Zen Juice Appreciation Day

The Club observed this year’s Zen Juice Appreciation Day on Saturday, August 8, with a Glenmorangie 18, sipped neat with a few drops of water to open it up. The pour came watching the light fade over Lake Tapps, the sunset lighting up the face of Mount Rainier.

A round earned it, for once — morning dew swept at High Cedars with friends of the Club, Josh and Dickie, ahead of an evening spent on the appreciation itself, taken straight and unhurried. The dosage was medicinal, the noticing deliberate.
