Minutes — 2026 Annual Meeting
Call to Order
The 2026 Annual Meeting of The Common & Recent Bogey Golf Club was called to order at 7:00 PM on Monday, May 25, 2026. All Charter Members were present, constituting a quorum.
Approval of Prior Minutes
There were no prior minutes to approve.
Adoption of Bylaws
A motion to adopt the proposed Bylaws of the Club was made and seconded. The Bylaws were adopted by unanimous voice vote of the Charter Members. The text as adopted is published at Bylaws.
Adoption of Standing Rules
A motion to adopt the proposed Standing Rules under Article VII of the newly adopted Bylaws was made and seconded. The Standing Rules were adopted by unanimous voice vote. The text as adopted is published at Standing Rules.
Election of Officers
By unanimous voice vote, the following officers were elected for the 2026 term:
- Captain: Mark Ayers
- Secretary-Treasurer: Dean Chase
New Business
Club website. The Club’s website at crbgc.org was noted as launched.
Next Annual Meeting. The 2027 Annual Meeting was scheduled for the Summer Solstice, Monday, June 21, 2027.
Approval of These Minutes
These minutes are presented in draft and will be read and considered for approval at the 2027 Annual Meeting.
