Special Rules of Order

Under Article VI of the Bylaws, Robert’s Rules of Order Newly Revised governs the Club in all cases not inconsistent with the Bylaws or Standing Rules. The Club may adopt Special Rules of Order to modify parliamentary procedure where RONR defaults are inadequate.
